AGA NOWAK • NATURE AS CO-GUIDE

I’m supporting Women in Creating Soulful Life Rooted in Nature's Wisdom

AGA’S STORY

I grew up in a small town in Poland, where my childhood was spent almost entirely outdoors. Climbing trees, riding bikes, swimming in ponds and rivers, rescuing wildlife, getting my hands dirty in grandpa’s garden, wandering through forests with my friends, and creating imaginary worlds with whatever nature placed in our hands.

At the time, I didn't think of it as "connecting with nature." It was simply life.

As adulthood unfolded, life became busier, responsibilities grew, and like so many of us, I slowly drifted away from that simple, grounded way of being. Along the way I experienced seasons that challenged me deeply and invited me to question who I was, what truly mattered, and how I wanted to live.

"Living in alignment with your true nature changes the way you experience everything—your relationships, your work, your connection with yourself, and your connection with the world around you, your spirituality.”

Looking back now, I can see those experiences weren't taking me away from myself—they were quietly leading me back.

That journey brought me to yoga, long hours of solitude in the mountains, and eventually to a much deeper relationship with the natural world. Nature became more than just a place I loved spending time. It became my greatest teacher, my mirror, and my co-pilot.

Walking forest trails taught me presence.

Trees taught me resilience.

Rocks taught me trust.

Rivers taught me letting go.

The changing seasons reminded me that growth is never linear, and that every ending carries the possibility of a new beginning.

As I continued exploring yoga philosophy, embodiment, creativity, and the universal laws that shape our world and lives, I began to understand something that changed everything for me:

We don't become whole by searching for more outside ourselves.

We remember our wholeness by reconnecting with what has always been within us.

Today, I bring together everything I've lived and learned—nature connection, yoga, creativity, mindfulness, embodied practices, and a deep respect for each person's unique path—to gently guide women back to themselves.

I don't believe there is one right path.

I don't believe anyone else has your answers.

My role isn't to tell you who to become.

It's to walk beside you, ask meaningful questions, and create space for you to return to your own wisdom.

Because I believe we can only truly care for ourselves, for one another,

and for the beautiful world we share to the depth that we feel connected to them.

I don't have all the answers, and I never will.

What I do have is lived experience, a deep trust in nature as a guide, and the belief that every woman already carries the wisdom she is searching for.

I can’t walk your path for you. But if our paths cross, I'd be honored to walk beside you for part of your journey long enough for you to trust your own footsteps again.

YOU MIGHT BE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF…

  • You've spent time in support groups or therapy and felt understood — but not quite moved

  • You're a mother who knows, somewhere, that your healing isn't just for you, it’s for the next generation too

  • You're ready to stop asking "why did this happen to me" and start asking "what's possible now"

  • You don't need a 10-step plan. You need a space, a guide, and permission to find your own way.

  • You feel like you've lost touch with who you really are and what you actually want your life to look like.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped listening to your own voice and started living according to everyone else's needs.

  • You have already left an unhealthy relationship, but you're wondering... "What now?"
The relationship is over, yet you still don't feel fully free.

  • You spend so much time taking care of others that you've forgotten how to care for yourself.
Deep down, you know something needs to change.

  • You are tired of endlessly analyzing the past.
You're ready to stop living in survival mode and begin creating the life you truly want.

  • You long for peace more than perfection.
You're no longer interested in proving yourself—you simply want to feel at home within yourself again.

  • You feel drawn to nature, but you sense there's something deeper waiting for you there.
Not just beautiful scenery, but wisdom, healing, and a connection you've been missing.

  • You know your life is meant for more than simply getting through each day.
You're ready to reconnect with your purpose, creativity, and joy.

  • You don't want someone to tell you who to become.
You want someone who will help you remember who you've always been.

  • You are curious about spirituality, but you're looking for an authentic path.
One that feels grounded, embodied, and deeply connected to everyday life.

  • You are ready to stop searching outside yourself for the answers.
Something inside you is quietly saying, "It's time to come home."
